What is your favourite tour memory?

Manchester was pretty amazing. The crowd were up for it, the sound was good and the people we met were awesome, but my favourite memory was the London show. I really love playing the O2 Academy and the audience were on fire. KMFDM were absolutely awesome guys (and girl!) too, consumate professionals with a really tight sound. It really was a great show with that genuine end-of-the-tour vibe to it. And the aftershow party?
Well that's where the real madness began! I still have the scars!

What is your favourite track from Bind Until It Breaks?

My favourite track from Bind Until it Breaks is Fleshbind. I've always found it difficult to write songs about positive emotions without sounding cliched or even cheesy, but Fleshbind just rolled out and felt honest and genuine.

How are you dealing with post-tour blues?

Well, we got back from the tour and, as soon as we'd swept up the broken glass, mopped up the blood and treated our wounds we set about plotting the next EP and the next UK mini tour...
Memories are, indeed, strange. >:D

Playing to an awsome audience in Manchester, oh, and being asked to sign a guys shirt and several CDs,
meeting and hanging out with KMFDM and waking up the crowd in London at the O2 Academy Islington. Not forgetting the long days, the hours on the road and sleeping on what the kind people at Travelodge called a 'sofabed', though they seemed to forget about the bed part :-( The whole package!!

What is your favourite track from Bind Until It Breaks?

Amphetamine Chic because of the way it builds and then grabs you with a killer chorus that gets under your skin.

How are you dealing with post-tour blues?

Not very well, it sucks......................I want to be out there again already. It was such a blast!! Going back to work on the Monday after the London date was a real struggle............I really needed sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep.

We had an amazing show in Manchester. Everything about it was perfect - great reaction from the audience and great sound on stage and Front-of-house. We all left the stage knowing that we'd probably just given our best performance of the tour despite having another two dates to do. And all this in spite of there being so little production time before the show that we didn't get a sound check. We were certainly a little apprehensive beforehand!

What is your favourite track from Bind Until It Breaks?

Without a doubt, my favourite is Broken Glass. But then, I do have a thing for Synthpop,
and BG just simply oozes it.

How are you dealing with post-tour blues?

Having spent four days focused entirely on touring, and several weeks before devoting a lot of time to the preparations, the ends of the tour did come as quite a shock. It was the last date for KMFDM too - and they'd been on tour for about a month across Europe. There was a brief celebration in a pub near to the Islington O2 Academy that was still open before everyone went their separate ways. It was in a way quite emotional. There only real way of filling the void is to regroup, and to start hatching plans for the next one!

My tour highlights were.... well all of it! I loved every second of it. The days were long; get up drive anywhere between 2 hours and 7, service station after service station, attempt to find venue, get lost, find venue, wait around, sound check (if the venue is organised enough that is!), eat, get dressed and ready for performance, perform our asses off, post performance orgasmic chill, watch a bit of KMFDM and most importantly BEER! Beer time was also a great way to chat to the awesome fans who came to see us and the fab new converts! Then later rinse and repeat! I could quite happily live on tour, it's wonderful :) The aftershow party back at chez AlterRed was also quite epic, I'll certainly never forget it, very Rock and Roll!

What is your favourite track from Bind Until It Breaks?

My favourite track is Fleshbind, not only because of the way it's put together musically, which I LOVE but also because I know the backstory to the words. It's also a pretty heavy song for one with a piano solo.
Not many can claim that!

How are you dealing with post-tour blues?

Being back off tour is crap. After the last show it felt odd not loading the car back up and setting off again, though it was nice to catch up on sleep and home comforts we are allready plotting the next tour and EP release!
